Our workers are not just a number but a valued part of the Can Work team! We’ll not only help you to find that perfect job but will ensure you’re well prepared when you arrive. As an independent contractor, you are free to work when and where you want. After a brief testing and orientation, you’ll receive our "Welcome to Can Work Kit" that consists of the following

 

  • Lunch bag
  • Code of Conduct
  • Worker Responsibilities
  • Assignment Sheet
  • Reporting Manager
  • Wage earned
  • Directions, bus route and map to location
  • What equipment, if any, you are expected to take (i.e. safety boots)

You’ll be greeted by friendly, helpful staff who will answer any questions you have and assist you whenever possible. Our 24-hour Emergency hotline is a service that means you’ll have access to us on whatever shift you’re working. Other benefits include:
